Trainer working in industry usually ask themselfs one question: How can I best carry my information to my learners? What is aiding them the most in archieving the new skill?
Every day new tools are developed in the field of digital and technology enhanced learning. To decide how to best use this new technologies to create an successfull and up-to-date training is the exciting challange in the field of adult learning.
I enjoy working creatively with computers and gained skills with various learning related softwares, like Adobe Captivate and moovly ( see the video below).
My goal is to further develop and enlarge my knowledge and abilities in this field!
